creative director/set design with Zhu
Set design for possibly probably perhaps’s first project, “bag as...”.
Zhu said, “Let’s not over-address this thing. It is about bag, the sets should be only about bag.”
They have trouble decribing this photo shoot because that is more like a project unto itself. They sourced from local fabric stores and even at ROSS. During the process, they coined a term, ‘bagging’, meaning ‘to have something within’. In the end, they bagged two chairs with a mysterious blend of white cotton sheets and ribbed tank tops.
