As an extension of the Delayed Circumstance campaign, we placed the posters—unofficially—on bus shelters across Los Angeles. These structures typically host regulated commercial ads, so PPP’s presence there was not expected. The unauthorized placement is a dry layer of humor. The posters were simply waiting there, pretending to belong, humming ‘wish you were everywhere’.
